Concierge Services
BMG will assign you a direct contact for a variety of support related issues including assistance with any of our assigned realtor issues, scheduling of showings or open houses, maintenance issues, and arranging for all utility transfers to help save you time.
Property Valuation
We obtain two opinions of value from local realtors followed by internal quality control and desktop valuation to arrive at a highly accurate opinion of value for your property.
Listing Agent Selection
BMG conducts pre-screenings of agents to meet our strict performance guidelines, including a formal background check. Additionally we include a 48 hour cancellation clause in the event the agent does not meet expectations.
Property Inspection
BMG will complete an inspection of your home to help you identify items that will enhance the marketability and appeal of your home. We will then secure highly competitive bids from qualified contractors (if needed).
Negotiations & Closings
With your best interests in mind, BMG will review, analyze and provide recommendations to you when purchase offers are presented during the marketing of your home. During the escrow period, and through the closing, we will closely monitor the various vendors and service providers to ensure a smooth closing.
Low Cost & Discounts
In managing assets for large institutional clients, BMG has developed the relationships and efficient processes to be able provide clients our services for the same fees paid to a local real estate agent.
